Classroom Instructor

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MP instructors deliver empowering and energetic lessons to girls in elementary schools located throughout Chicagoland. Minimally, instructors commit to one class per week for 6–18 consecutive weeks. All curriculum and materials are provided, along with quarterly professional development. Instructors are responsible for delivering content, reporting attendance, and tracking participation and behavior.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: 

ACCESS TO TRANSPORTATION

Candidates who have cars are preferred. We work in schools throughout and beyond Chicagoland.

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN

Strong candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children ages 5-12 in a group setting. After-school experience is a plus.

OPEN AFTERNOONS

It is ESSENTIAL that candidates have availability on weekdays between 2-5 p.m. Most classes run 3:30-4:30.

FLUENCY WITH GOOGLE DRIVE

Strong applicants will have a strong command of all Google Drive programs, particularly Sheets
